Room Rentals and Policies
Members and non members may reserve the Dart room for up to 75 persons
when it is available. Non members will be charged a non refundable $100.00
rental fee for the use of the space.
Members and non members can reserve the entire Empire Room on Sundays
only and the fee for non-members will be $200.00 non refundable.
At no time will any Branch Scheduled event be pre-empted by a private
function.
All Legion and LLCBO rules and regulations are to be adhered to and
failure will result in the termination of the function without refund.
No food or beverages are to be brought into the Branch. However should
the Branch decline to cater the event then the food can be brought in.
When possible all reservations are to be approved by the Executive and
or Bar committees.
All bookings will only be accepted into the bar book on receipt of the
rental fee.
All rental fees are to be paid for in cash unless otherwise approved
and all fees are to be paid prior to the end of the event. There will
be a 10% gratuity added on to any bar bill and it is to be paid to the
bar staff.
The person booking the event will be the responsible person and will
be required to be at the event for it's duration.
